Does quick rescan remove entries in the database from deleted files? Also it didn't seem to change entries, I had a album titled say SHANIA I changed that to Shania Twain but it didn't move change it. A bit annoying everytime I change things it might require a full scan. -- badbob

Hm, still no luck here. SC7.4-24904/Windows (svn). These all show the same using both SoftSqueeze and SqueezePlay: Connecting, Buffering (up to 100%), Now Playing. The Ogg frame message is gone in the log, but -no sound-. All streams play in Winamp. Local Ogg files also play in SC. 'NRK Alltid

No, it must be in the tags somewhere. What file format are they? Look for both ID3v1 tags AND APEv2 tags, check the wiki article posted earlier. Make sure you're only looking at ID3v2 tags, and check the Extended Tags dialog box too. If all else fails you can hit the file with a very big

actually, i found a way around it: i moved all the random stuff to a couple of folders, then used mp3tag to retag their album to Random. seems to work with that option you suggested, cheers. i think i'd still like a filter in there eventually but at least it's manageable now. -- dub3000
