Try to remove the quarantine bit from the binary:
sudo xattr -r -d com.apple.quarantine /Applications/Squeezelite.app

The best solution is always to fix the tags.
You could also narrow down your music folder to just one or two where
the problem arises, then enable logging for the scanner, and provide the

My comment - it seems to me that the auto switch, with no real display
of what server you are using, can trip our less experienced people up.
I think you'd still have to confirm the switch. Original hardware
players IMHO do NOT connect to any other server than the latest used
automatically.
My initial testing has not raised any issues and as a bonus cpu usage is
lower than previous versions and memory usage also.

The only feedback I'd have would be: make your life easier by using the
json/rpc interface rather than the CLI... It doesn't require a
persistent telnet style connection, but http. And the responses are well
structured JSON you can easily parse.
