I only had speed problems on my Transporter when trying non-standard
samplerates like 64kHz. These files play fine in foobar.
I can only guess the upsampling leaves some PCM header that it
misinterprets while i don't know the header ever reaches the player
because LMS sends the music only.

cancelation at 12kHz i don't understand yet.

Alert backwards. I was able to find a moment of pure silence in one of
the sampletracks and it may be absolutely full 16bit left. It is really
hard to find music that really needs that. In this case they seem to
have left silence dither for a moment at the end of the file.

behind Orange bikes but hope the makers have some love for Squeezebox
users left to keep it alive.

If you really consider switching your ripping over to the Mac i suggest
using XLD ripper converting to ALAC. Its ripping security should be
superior to itunes. It also creates neat logs comparable or even more
detailed as the ones in EAC and dbpoweramp.

The first update i did in a while. Seems to work fine.
I had one problem: I played the first time a 88.2 flac and during
playback the Transporter reseted. Hope this is a one time thing.

I can imagine they use a kind of overtone processor to reanimate the
highs often lost with mp3s and a low lowpass. If this really sounds

I just used an 100 Ohm resistor to couple my ground to earth in my power
amplifiers. This should be enough for static. I also added a 100nf
capacitor in parallel. Works like a charm and all humming is gone.

Not exactly. There is no TV cable near. but it for sure has something to
