[slim] Squeezebox connectivity woes

, in which case, what is typically the strongest configuration? Any thoughts or suggestion would be much appreciated. Running an ethernet cable, while possibly the only sure-fire solution, is not an option in my situation. -- dekaliber

that would enable this in my SB3. I'm not even sure if I really like it, but I'm too curious not to ask. So this is probably a silly question, but is this a Transporter only feature or can you get something like this for the SB3? -- dekaliber

network, you would think that the SB wouldn't be able to connect to my network entirely. Is my SB on the fritz? Or could it be something with SqueezeCenter that just happened to manifest around the same time? -- dekaliber

the connection to the actual machine that hosts Squeezecenter gets hosed. I would think that if it's interfering with the wireless, the SB wouldn't even be able to get on the network at all. Not really sure how that works... -- dekaliber

, everything -- but the SB still had trouble connecting. However, once I unplugged the power on the Squeezebox and plugged it back in, it started working again. Not sure what the reset may have done from a hardware perspective, though. -- dekaliber

still nothing. Don't think it's a connectivity issue because network health seems good. I can see the track that's attempting to play in SlimServer (and it reports as playing), but like I said, it gets stuck at 0:00. Any ideas? Thanks for your help! -- dekaliber

Aha! That definitely made the gap much, much shorter. No wonder. Thanks! It's still not 100% gapless (it is, as you mentioned, a bit of a stutter), but it's good enough that I won't make a fuss. Is this as good as it's going to get (short of reencoding in FLAC or OGG)? -- dekaliber
