I thought I'd give version 3.1 a try (useful idea this Date-option).
However I get a failure message :
- Error while creating ACC database
- Error number -2147217887
- Error Description: Het ODBC stuurprogramma ondersteunt de gewenste

Just received my dented box SB3 -- very minor scuff on the box,
everything inside was in mint condition. Very cool.
This is my first foray with an SB3, and obviously the screen real
estate is larger than I've played with in the past. I'm looking for
recommendations regarding setup. Currently

And a question about Music Information Screen: is there a way to show

I agree; the easiest would be to just block the IR on the radio. I
don't use it anyway.
I'll probably end up buying a Controller. That will solve the problem,
right?
Yes. To get a feel for how the Controller would work try

As of today I have exactly the same problem with my SB 3 which is about
4 years old.
I have had it randomly rebooting mid-song for some time already (while
my other SB3 of the same age has no problem at all). But today it
rebooted again mid-song and now keeps on rebooting, showing the logo and

Hi All,
Looking for a quick way to skip tracks, pause, mute, etc. from XP.
Does a lil app that interfaces with your server exist - I prefer not to
have to keep Squeezebox Server loaded.
I'm envisioning a little applet that sits in your system tray or
somethin'...

The closest I am aware of would be Moose. It's a bit more than you're
laying out, but it does hide out in the tray when not being used.
I'd love to see integration with the FoxyTunes Firefox add-in.

Is there a Squeezebox V3 that is 'Wired Only'? I bought a used one on
Amazon and it stated 'Wired Only'. I read that the only 'Wired Only'

Yes, when the SB3 was introduced they offered a wired-only version that
was $50 less expensive than the wifi/wired. After a year or so they
discontinued the wired-only version.
I am sure that the SB2 also had a wired-only model. I'm not sure about
the SB1.

It did: I have one wireless and one wired SB2.
Wish I had bought both as wireless, but I was feeling cheap at the

Not that I've seen: a working SB doesn't get THAT hot. A bit warm
perhaps, but not uncomfortable at all. (So, maybe 80 degrees F?

Hello friends,
Want to share about seo...
SEO is the active practice of optimizing a web site by improving
internal and external aspects in order to increase the traffic which the
site receives from search engines. SEO is not magic and there is no
