That's good as most of my players are the older style Classic and SB3 players. I will be following these threads on how to prepare for the eventuality that LMS and MySqueezebox.com are no longer supported, with interest. It may be a couple of years or it may be sooner but it is inevitable .

Michael you may well be right on that. Frankly I have yet to have a Hard Drive fail before it gets too small for my data. However I ended up buying a WD Black 4TB monster and have transfered my music to it. This gives me a great deal of room to add music and a new(old) back up drive.

If the problems recurr there could be interference on the wrieless network from other sources such as garage door openers, cordless phones or microwaves. I had problems with interference from my cordless phone and changing the wireless channel as Garym suggested worked Logitech Media Server
