Have you actually tried these devices? Personally I'd rather try to get a model with an LCD, I'm not at all convinced about the AMOLEDs. They intermix adjacent pixels causing a blurry effect that doesn't look good IMHO, they heavily overstate colors and you don't see anything at all outside in
