Hi,
It seems that xelatex is not found when dblatex tries to run it. To check
what happens, append -V to the dblatex command to print out the actual
command runned that fails. We can investigate further but I suggest to
switch to the dblatex mailing list for this.

Hi Stefan,
I have a question about how your HTML docs work:
For example, at http://dev.mysql.com/doc/refman/5.6/en/tutorial.html there
is a list of multiple books and a search bar on the left. Is this part
external to docbook, or do you use some webhelp tweak to do it? (I've been

hi,
I formated with docbook some documents from the FSI and DLI. I made some
minor modifications of the stylesheet.

My documents are bilingual documents with specific needs like diacritics
(these are languages lerning documents).
I tried the "normal" toolchain:

Hi Katie,
My company uses DocBook for most of its publications (we publish books for
technical communicators, content strategists, and others in the technical
communication world). We publish in print and ebook form (which is essentially
HTML). We also publish excerpts in HTML.

I agree that the power of docbook is in its ability to generate multiple
formats.
At my last position I generated single and multi-page HTML and PDF for a

It did involve a fair amount of work, and I
