Indeed, you should not rely on Swing. But judging from its name, the

The Saros HTML view in Eclipse is not always displayed on Windows 10 machines,
meaning: the problem described below has only been observerd on Windows
**To the reporter of this bug ("Jan", ST.net user "t4mriel"):** Since you did
not provide a way for us to reproduce this behavior (e.g. the file that caused
Saros to crash upon sharing), you'll need to do the verification yourself using
the current master.
