Mike, The pot has a ball reduction drive and is multiturn. It will slip when it reaches the limits..this is normal. Tune the T4XC up on 20 meters as an example, plug in a mic, turn the MIC GAIN fully CCW, and key the mic. Tune in the 20 meter transmit frequency on another receiver ( or a scope co
