I just talked with Hiro, VP6BB/MM and Yuichi, VP6DN/MM at 04:00Z. They
left Ducie at around 21:00Z on Mar.13 and they are now on their way to
Pitcairn. All the members are doing fine.

really *NO* need for each subscriber announce that he/she received
their card(s), the mode(s) and the compulsory country count.

Here are the set-up plans for the Ducie operation,

There will be 5 stations (A.B.C.D and E). A and B
stations will share one tent and stations C. D and E
each will have their own tents. The team will try to
set up the A and B tent about 500 meters from the

Yes, they are on their way to Ducie now.
Without any unexpected troubles we should be able to start hearing them
either on 15m or 20m as /MM (from their vessel, Braveheart)
at around 13:00z on March
The main frequencies for this operation are 21.020 for
CW and 21.295 for SSB twenty-four hours a day. Note,
please, that the expedition will have both fifteen
meter frequencies QRV at the same time.
Other frequencies are
14.195 for SSB and 14.020 for CW,
28.495 for SSB
