I have tryed to upload a little over 3000 QSO's and have only got about 1800
up to LoTW. Most have failed
After applying for my certificate early Monday AM, I received the postcard
with my password today, and logged on to get my cert. to my surprise, the
web page said that my password was OK, and my certificate would be issued
by e-mail sometime in the next few business days.
What's up with this?
ARRL just answered my question -- the certificate has arrived! Now on to
the fun part.

contacts are in the log as PSK31, a couple (probably manually entered) said
PSK. I went into the log and changed those. There are still some modes that
aren't supported (like PACK), so for testing, I excluded those from my
