It sounds like you do not have a REG file for all of the callsigns you
have in the OPRCALL column??
Neal made the reg file generator available to everyone - so, you
can make a new reg file if the above scenario is correct!

LABELS directory.
On your label pending database - once you bring over the AL9A.mdb file from
your old machine - the QSOs that were in the Labels Pending Database will
still be there -- they are part of your mdb file ..

Try Tools>Options>User Options>Log Defaults. Look at your QSO Mode for 60.
Perhaps you can change the QSO Mode to CW if it is showing SSB.

Do you have TWO versions of DXbase2007 installed on that computer..
If so - keep version 1.10 (if that if installed) - and delete the older
version..
Sometimes - if the user has two versions of DXbase2007 - the DXB2007.ini
file ONLY works with ONE version and not the other..

can see -- KB3000850 is only a problem for win8.0/64 - win8.1/64
systems..

downloading the wrong file from LOTW website .. He was
downloading the AWARDS adi file -- not the regular CFMs

Go to the CALL MAP table within DXbase and scrolldown to the
R1ANT entry -- change the current entry to read as:
Callsign = R1ANT
Prefix = UA
CQ = 16
ITU = 29
Old1 PFX = KC4
Old1 CQ= 29
Old1 ITU= 69
Old1 Date= 20101211
