I wonder how stable is the KX2 in digital modes?
My KX3 with the temperature compensation carried out was inadequate when
running wspr at 5 watts output.
However, this was before Elecraft introduced the improved heat sink.

I have Beta 4.22 installed.
But have noticed that, only on 7MHz and 14MHz
that VFO B readout changes when main VFO A knob is rotated
However, if I rotate VFO B knob then VFO A readout doesn't change
Is this a K3 fault?
The same happens for 4.17

I had been experimenting with separate antennas on my ICOM radio
and the K3. The K3 died on rx, probably when I had been transmitting
with the ICOM. A quick email to Gary at Elecraft and within a couple
of hours I had a quick diagnosis D25 TR diode faulty. Within a few days
The APF on the 1000D was truly excellent, I owned one many years ago.
The TenTec ORION II, the K3 and other modern radios would benefit from.
I don't know about all this technical stuff, there's sometimes too
much of it!
At the end of the day, the 1000D was able to copy a weak
160m cw signal

mounting screws and haven't had any problems sofar, my K2/100
just works fine business mainly from the car /m at full power.

This radio, the IC-7700 has just become available from Martin Lynch
in the UK.
I've played with it and it is superb with an excellent display etc,
however, you could purchase 2 K3s for its price, but it is much
cheaper than the 7800.
It does have Twin-Pass Band Tuning by the way.

I have an OMNI VII and am very pleased with it, I particularly like
TenTec radios, I've got to really like the scope

and also a gender changer from Maplins (hunt around the shelves for
the gender changer) and all is well.

KPA 100 now working fine business.
It certainly speeded things up using your kit which I thoroughly
