Gil- If you just do CW portable, why not get a KX1 with the included paddles?   Much less expensive than the KX3.  And you can keep your K2!   Why sell something that you put so much into?   With the K1, I carry three items, a battery, the K1, and my paddles. With the KX3, I'll have only one,

Fred and All, I think Fred's comment is a bit excessive. It's a shame he had a bad experience, but the same thing could have happened if he had used almost any other venue for selling gear, like Eham, or QTH, or whatever. You can't just blame Ebay for your own mistakes. His comments about
