the K2 in portable SOTA operations. This mike works well with both rigs for
contesting since the K2 doesn't have have internal audio equalization like
the K3.

my XG3 and indeed the 1uV setting is
noticeably weaker than on 15 and 20. I first redid RX alignment of L10 and
L11 on 15m and then C32 and C34 for 17m with no improvement. The S-meter
reads the same for all 3 XG3 levels but 1uV sounds weaker on 17. Anyone

I agree with Arie's comments below. Even if your filters were not factory
matched for identical offsets, you can simply set both to the average...e.g.
for -0.75 and -0.81 set both to -0.78. You would never notice a 30 Hz
difference in the total 2700 Hz BW of stock 5-pole filters.

While on this topic, here's a marketing hint for folks selling K3s loaded
with whistles and bells. Deconfigure most of your options and sell them
separately. You'll address a much wider market and get higher prices than
if you attempt to force a more limited market to buy the
ltage but be careful when adjusting it!

bought LP-PAN immediately after it came out (beta #0008 I think). I got it
