I just received the K3 AUX cable for the KPA1500. The manual makes references to needing K3 MCU 5.93 or later for some of the features. But the latest MCU available on the Elecraft website is 5.67...I even checked the FTP for beta versions. Does anyone have any insight on where to obtain this

Using FT8 with the KX3 is pretty simple. I've used it with both the standard USB and USB DATA A mode. Hook it up just like any other digital mode, adjust the volume on the rig and level out on the PC, look at the meter settings in the software and make contacts. Don't make it more complicated
