Eric, Yes, it is possible to mount the KPA100 in an EC2 enclosure - If you already have the enclosure. Just mount it instead of the EC2 enclosure top cover. You will need to add a BNC connector to the lower rear panel of the EC2 so you can attach the coax from the K2 to the input coax of

Jamie, It will short the active wire to ground. The KeyOut does not source any voltage, it is like a switch, it is either open or closed. Any voltage is sourced by the amplifier or other external device. It will only work with a positive voltage. The voltage and current listed in the
