Hi
For those running EMI Labs was wondering what procedures you use to move
Test Racks in and out of EMI Chambers,
We use custom made ramps, which we put over the door threshold, aligning
the front wheels on the ramp, then pushing the unit up and over into the
chamber.
Items which seem important:
In a past life I used EMCWare from AR Amps, it was very new back then but it's
free and has a bunch of drivers bundled with it.
Did I mention it's Free EMC Software?

Hi Folks
Does anyone have experience generating 1.7A CW (10KHz - 400MHz) using Bulk
Current Injection?
Wondering how people have achieved it, is there a BCI on the market able to
sustain this level "off the shelf" or a vendor who custom builds them?
A possible alternative was to use multiple BCI
What's happening with Mil-Std-461G I thought it was going to be published
last Spring but haven't heard anything since. Are there more changes coming?

I remember correctly the emission margin dropped as you went up 10MHz,

Hi
As a safety precaution we have a Safety Interlock installed on the doors of
our EMI Chambers but have now been taken to task that they don't
meet safety requirements.
I am chasing the Test Equipment manufacturers who I believe may have built
to EN61010 (the standard does discuss safety interlo
I had a quick question about possible CE (and other problems) with an
odd circuit for driving 1W and 5W white LEDs (350mA and 700mA) from
240VAC mains.
What are you views on the following.
Have 350mA LED(s) in series with 1000mF cap from +ve to -ve within full
bridge rectifier. So far so good.
Hi Doug
We looked at doing a 10m OATS but found that at 10m you didn't have a clear
10db margin from the relevant limit line in the standards, so we're aiming
for a 3m site now with a raised platform so that cable trunking, turntable
wont be too much trouble (I hope!)

Hi
Can anyone recommend a book/source of info that gives good advice on ESD fixes?
Thanks in advance
