This question has been raised a few times in the past years: 300386 excludes
terminal equipment beyond the NTP (ref. scope)

EN 300 386 is not, and has never has been, listed in the RTTE OJ. The RTTE
OJ dated June 3, 2008 jumps from EN 300 373-3 to EN 300 390-2.
