Hi Group,
Do you know where I should go for renting a EFT/B Generator to run
EN61000-4-4 Test?
Thank you.

Hi Lauren,
It is my understanding that properly grounding the screen room is important
in Conducted emission test and have little effect on Radiated emission
test. The way you described is a very good and simple method for evaluating
the shielding effectiveness (SE) of the screen room. The

Greetings everyone,
I'm in the middle of building an OATS ( open area test site ) for radio

Hi Roger,
Just a reminder.
3/1/98 to 7/1/01 is the transition period of time for EN50082-1:1997 to
replace EN50082-1:1992 and others.

It also depends on the cabinet design. I dealt with a desktop case a few
years ago. The design idea is that the top pressure would make the case
more tighten. It did not need additional fingerstocks even though the
cabinet metal was as thin as others.

There is a paragraph of 6 Performance criteria on Page 5 of EN

Hi Gert,
As far as I know, most of test labs think more than 1 meter is a reasonable
length of cable in the real life. They don't use at least 3 meters. But I
agree with what you said about low frequency emission.

Is anybody kind enough to give me a hint where I should go to find

those three antennas themselves.
Thank you.

Hi All,
To have better repeatability of measurements on our internal Open Area Test
Site (OATS) and compare the measurements between different test sites, we
would like to buy a Comb Generator. Does anybody have related experience
