Hitachi-Seiki NH500 Turret lathe. I am using a mesa 5i20 card for inputs and
opto22 relays. For each tool position it uses a combination of inputs from six
switches that follow 6 cams on a drum to dictate position

This is the tool change component I use for the tool changer on my Enshu 3
axis mill. This mill has a chain matrix on the side of the machine, a random
tool changer and a swing arm to change the tool in the spindle with the tool
in the tool change pot
