from your post to this list you've tried a lot of devices
i have a toy table top 3 axis mill
it uses a parallel port to operate
which of the devices you've tried would you say would work for me

You could always ask for a RMA for the card to be evaluated/repaired/replaced
(this makes more sense if shipping is cheap)

No, I think you have it backwards. The problem is usually that you
HAVE tied all those grounds together. In the audio world they call
this a "ground loop".It should never be possible for you to trace
a loop in your ground wiring.
