Outlook uses RPC to connect to a Exchange server. You might want to see if
RPC ports are open. OWA is going to use http (port 80) to connect and pop3
is 110. RPC is first going to make the initial connection via port 135 and
then use ports

All servers are 2K Server, all clients are 2K Professional.

I agree it's a RPC issue, but I swear it's only 1 hop from all clients

Checked DNS, WINS, and can connect through OWA nd POP3, but not Outlook.
