Please help. I have tried reinstall, /cleanprofile, registry hacks for rpc, adding Exchange server to hosts file all to no avail. Our Exchange servers are handled by a separate group, I am looking at this from a client perspective. All users are on different servers which leads me to believe

I have a customer who works offline exclusively. When he is offline his calendar does not match whats on the Exchange Server. Tried recreation of the .ost no luck. /cleanfreebusy returns the message in the subject line. Any ideas? I am desperate. Jerry Elkins DPG Engineering Computing

This happens on several different people (different Exchange servers)...the message arrives in inbox...preview pane goes gray...dialog Message cannot be opened...Messages continue to arrive in inbox but everything above the offending message cannot be opened...everything previous to offending

Update: I completely deleted the profile using the undocumented switch (From O'Reilly and Associates) /cleanprofile, I also physically deleted all of the files in his Application Data/Outlook folder .FAV, .OST etc. And still have the problem. Any other ideas, this is starting to get critical.
