Please help.
I have tried reinstall, /cleanprofile, registry hacks for rpc, adding
Exchange server to hosts file all to no avail. Our Exchange servers are
handled by a separate group, I am looking at this from a client
perspective.
All users are on different servers which leads me to believe
I have a customer who works offline exclusively. When he is offline his
calendar does not match whats on the Exchange Server. Tried recreation of
the .ost no luck. /cleanfreebusy returns the message in the subject line.
Any ideas? I am desperate.

your knowledge level on the subject is, ok?
So, have you tried recreating the profile as Andy suggested? What happened

Update:
I completely deleted the profile using the undocumented switch (From
O'Reilly and Associates) /cleanprofile, I also physically deleted all of the
files in his Application Data/Outlook folder .FAV, .OST etc. And still have
the problem. Any other ideas, this is starting to get critical.
We have customer who insisted on having more rules that the 32K we allow on
our exchange servers. We had him create a VBA add in to do his own rule
processing. Tell the person to get a book on programing exchange / outlook
using VBA.
