I am running LM8.0beta2 with kernel 2.4.2-15mdk and I get depmod errors
when I'm trying to "make dep". What am I missing? Am I doing something
wrong? I have had this problem with depmod errors since 2.4.2 first
reared it's ugly head for the mdk.arch.rpm distribution. I would do a
make mrproper
Download the Beta 2; cdrom and cdrwriter drivers run fine.
With beta 1 it was impossible to me mount those devices.

is because it gets listed first by '/usr/sbin/chksession -l', so what I
need is a way to restore KDE to the top spot. /etc/X11/wmsession.d

I have installed KDE 2.1 and QT 2.2.4 from rpms. When I try to launch
KDE I get the following error:

You can check to see if DRI is enabled in Xfree86 by checking your Xfree86
config file. You should have a line that states:
Load"DRI"
However, I do not know if the radeon is currently supported for DRI. Sorry
