Relegation Battle?
Yep in an earlier confirmation of meditation in my own experience, I was on
college ice hockey intramural teams at a university and noticed my own
developing equanimity from meditating in being able to skate away from
non-meditating opponents escalating and wanting to fight
Recently Yahoo-groups can run mighty slow on the turn around for some posts
made to the list.
It is not consistent, some posts
even making them back-to-back
may come through directly
while others might take some hours to appear,
if out of sequence.
