Oh.. I thought based on his comment to me... well never mind.Just sounded like
a Fruedian slip to me And you are right, my earlier comment would be offensive
to anybody because I remember when Raunchy said basically the same thing to me,
I was quite offended, yet it was just a casual comment to be taken lightly in
her book and someone else's and that was the spirit I said it in.

Well Ann... you're right. I just wasn't aware of his orientation and that he
was so sensitive about it. I could see now,  how that comment about pulling the
lingam out of your ass and crawling back under it would cause that kind of
lashing out. What's the old saying, the best defense is an aggressive offense?
I have also been under the impression that the *r* word was now considered on a
level with the *n* word, just socially unacceptable. Not quite sure what he has
against Appalachians either. Never been there but have heard it is a
fascinating culture. The trailer trash comment didn't bother me either but
might have insulted Utopian Park dwellers in Fairfield, stayed there about a
week during Sidhi course.

Dear Doctordumbass, literally,
Glue has not ever been sniffed by me for a high and/nor longer than what most
kindergarten children taste and smell paste, and I have had no reason to take
drugs in my life because of the natural high. The purpose to the elongated
paragraph is to represent to long winded effort by some representatives of the
TMO, not including all members or teachers or governors, just the ones who have
been known to not stop until a check was written.
Enough explaining.

I think that was Mike's point. ;-)

Also, I personally didn't think Mike's joke about glue was that far off, giving
the rambling, stream of consciousness, single long paragraph post of Obba's.

Though, once Ravi begins with the insults and all, the whole thing goes to
shit, anyway. The over the top nature of his insults is curious to me, also.
The reason being that my first wife learned English as a second language, and
so cursing and insulting others in English, never had the same sting as such
things said in her native tongue. So what sounded extreme to me, felt very
different to her. I wonder if it is the same with Ravi?

Uh... who's projecting what? Sounds like something you're into. Even though

Lalanne had the metabolism where even if he didn't work out he would
have been muscular. Those without that metabolism would just get tired
working out and see little progress. Some day maybe "modern medicine"
will acknowledge the metabolic differences but I'm not holding my
breathe. I've heard doctors scream like babies that it makes things too
complicated for them.

It should really read "famous people who learned TM." Chances are many
of these are not regular and some may have learned at some point but no
longer practice. Oprah would not be allowed in the Dome with her
diverse spiritual interests. But I think she was which says a lot about
the TM movement and it's inequality. And wasn't there an actress who
went to the press and said this all BS because many of these people
don't actually practice it? it's just another press opportunity.

"This is not your dad's TM movement."

Long video to watch. Here, the lyrics from
http://www.maxilyrics.com/the-beatles-the-maharishi-song-lyrics-35ad.html

John Lennon: Well let me tell you something about the Maharishi camp, in
Rishikesh. There were one or two attractive women there, but mainly looked
like, you know, schoolteachers or something. And the whole damn camp was fine
on the ones in the bathing suits, and they're supposed to be meditating. And
there's this cowboy there called Tom who plays cowboys on TV, and my, did the
Beatle wives go for him in a big way. I wondered what it was - it was his tight
leather belt, his jeans, and his dumb eyes.

Yoko Ono: What's wrong with his eye? You have this eye.

JL: Me, I took it for real, I wrote six hundred songs about how I feel; I felt
like dying, and crying, and committing suicide, but I felt creative and said:
'What the hell's this got to do with what that silly little man's talking
about?' But he did charm me in a way because he was funny, sort of cuddly, like
a sort of, you know...

YO: Like a teddy bear.

JL: A little daddy with a beard telling stories of heaven as if he knew. You
could never pin him down, but he often spread rumors through his right hand man
who used to be with the CIA and told about the planes he saved. How Maharishi
came through the storm - on a plane. And the pilot was getting worried they
couldn't land. When Maharishi looked up with one foul look, according to the
man who works for him, everything was OK and they landed. After that I thought:
lies. But who was that woman that looks like Jean Simmons who keeps going to
him for private interviews? She must have been about forty, forty-five. Kept
tellin' about her husband 'cause he wasn't there. I was always tryin' to get a
private audience with the Maharishi and he kept refusing. I know only one
thing. He musta had some of his own, it musta been that little Indian piece;
she came with the tailor and would sit at his feet and that was one in five
hundred. The rest had to wait like good American people, in lines to see the
master walkin' on the petals who lived in a million dollar staccato house
overlookin' the Himalayas. He looked holy.

YO: But he was a sex maniac...

JL: I couldn't say that, but he certainly wasn't...

YO: Holy.

JL: In the true sense of the word, that is. s written by John Lennon a bit more
clear:

Ha - a little projecting going there huh Mikey, you must have felt my
lingam in your ass, couldn't help but reveal your homophobic tendencies.

This is a Ravi special - I reveal the truth and also insult so my victim
who is defensive gets disoriented and digs himself in further. Of course
they don't have to and then I can admit defeat, but you have only dug
yourself further.

Clearly I had no interest in the merits of this argument, I was just
pointing out that Obba might be speaking from some personal insight into
celebrities POV and it was you who failed to acknowledge it.

What are you retarded Mikey, you have trouble understanding English, does it
have to be dumbed down to some Appalachian, trailer trash version for you to

She is representing the perspective of the *famous*, that they may have the
feelings of being taken advantage of by all sorts of peddlers, hucksters. That
they have lives, they have same battles as the rest, emotions, feelings as
anyone else.

What are you retarded Mikey, you have trouble understanding English, does
it have to be dumbed down to some Appalachian, trailer trash version for
you to understand? Fucking hilarious LOL.

She is representing the perspective of the *famous*, that they may have the
feelings of being taken advantage of by all sorts of peddlers, hucksters.
That they have lives, they have same battles as the rest, emotions,
feelings as anyone else.

Amazing witnessing the arrogance that runs through the topic of this subject.
I know people related to the name drops from heaven. The use of the names were
so prominent the users (those who named dropped for financial rewards and fame,
or selling something.) were so full of themselves as to keep up their name
dropping plateau to sell something, and were so outside of the reality they
stepped on the toes of relatives or walked over them, of the named drops.
The humbleness of those who were actually family was seen in public. On the
other side of the curtain, family would laugh at the approach of these
magicians, when magicians were acting like the "keepers," of said names,
because blood runs deeper and continues just like everyone on the earth has
family they are connected to, ultimately as we all connect together as a world
family.
This whole ludicrous action is like Aunt Jemima being a real Aunt whose face is
put on the bottle of corn syrup filled pancake sauce and the Grand kids who
knew Aunt Jemima as Grandma, were told by the keepers of the advertising of
Aunt Jemima's pancake syrup, that they did not see Aunt Jemima enough (because
she was only seen on bottles and bottles of shelved product all over
supermarkets, to actually know her, and the reason is because Aunt Jemima
became a world re-known, and was catapulted to fame by all those who hold the
golden goose. Poor "grand kids," and other relatives are then surgically
removed from the principal of the fact just to hold the next advertised
commercial venture brought to you by the sponsors. In reality, there was no
spiritual dna surgery, because you can't change that, but the god's of woo woo
try to say different.
Aunt Jemima is still Aunt Jemina. The chicken and the egg are connected.

Jack Lalanne can sell me a juicer anytime. It is when the vegetables start
selling Jack Lalanne when I will throw up my hands!

You are right it is dispiriting - that Marshy and the TM people used folks
desire to better themselves to fuel an arrogant self-aggrandizing money making
scheme and dash peoples dreams when they knew that had been had.

Dear Turq, there is something dispiriting taking dreams away from people like
this. That someone could come from way behind [TM.org] and even win the race,
like the 10 year old running this horse race winning against all odds.
Like this:

It could happen again that TM too become culturally significant again, may be
even against all odds. I hope it all works and I wish them well, even the
Prime Minister.
