I happened to check the new IRNA site (www.irna.com) and noticed that
they are using Unicode, which is a step forward for them. But I also
noticed they are using Arabic Letter Yeh or Arabic Letter Alef Maqsura
instead of Farsi Yeh. Can we do something about it? It is very bad that,
