We have the same problem here. A bullet is the easiest way to
dispense with an unwanted animal. I'm sure most rural areas are
the sam way.

I know Felicio and love him. When I go to CW, we have lunch and Felicio
always sits on my lap. He is gorgeous and sweet. I have agreed
within 100 miles. The local SPCA is pretty worthless when it
comes to cats.
