Actually, "free lease" horses get homes really easily on most horse forums
(just be extra careful when screening and do lots of unexpected drop-ins to
check up on the horse). Most people do either 1 year, or 1 show season
leases, depending on if it's a show horse, or a trail riding partner.

There's no such thing as placing an FeLV+ cat quicklyespecially an
unneutered male who thus far does not get along with other cats.
Getting him neutered will go a long ways towards helping him get alon
