Thank you, Diane. I talked with Charlie today. He and Leiott feel very
strongly that Mr. Puss is in a much better place and feeling well and happy.
(The vet said that Mr. Puss probably had no more than 24 hours left of life at
the time they ended his suffering.) Anyway, C & L are doing well--and plan to
adopt another kitty at some future time in honor of Mr. Puss.

Mr. Puss remembered. He had to leave them on Friday afternoon as his body was
truly worn out and unable to function. Mr. Puss was 19 years old (would have
