Actually, on Mac, you need to use Program Tool Set (look it up).

Darcy is right. I just tried it and it works great. Get your
toolbar set up the way you want it. Hold down the option key and go
to View>Program Tool Set>Toolset 1.
Now go back to the view menu without holding option down and choose
Select Toolset >Toolset 1. Then, as Darcy said, sa
