In 2k5 it has been redesigned,

Although I am with you, the problem with the grace note spacing was not
that the design was broken either. It was simply bad design, but design

Greetings, long time monitor, first time asking.
I'm using WIN Finale 2004. I'm creating and modifying
several pieces and have to use smart quotes and smart
apostrophes withing the lyrics. I have to use Adobe
Fonts. The fonts work fine with one exception. My
problem is that no matter what I do

Tekton is a commercial font originally produced by Adobe.
Ah yes, on the measure number front, I just finished a score, and set
the measure numbers to appear every 5 measures, beginning on the 5th
bar. In the score, it did exactly that. However, when I extracted
parts, some of the parts had numbers, some didn't. With the ones

Not that I want to dispute anything you say, but Carbon Copy Cloner is

it is much faster to just copy those once (or several times) a day to an

Try selecting a measure with the Measure tool and select
Measure-Measure Numbers-Restore Defaults. If that solves it you can
select all and do the same.
(This is in 2k5, not sure whether it works the same in earlier versions.)

Any major power supply problem, such as a major surge, a lightening
strike (yes, they can reach down phone lines) etc, will destroy the
internal backup. Plus the very obvious problems if your house is
burgled or burnt to the ground. Taking regular external backups and
storing them off-site

One cool thing you can do if your second internal drive is big
