I know it's a long tradition to laugh at Dreamweaver as substandard tool, but I
actually use it daily, for two reasons:
1. Comprehensive jQuery auto-completion/code-hint as well as PHP
2. Built-in FTP & SVN client
Obviously never touch the WYSIWYG editor.
