due to the size of the current flight school (pdf=5.6MB), I would like
to change it to HTML. I tried to use latex2html, but was more or less
disappointed by the result (same with pdf2html).
We use 'pdflatex' for PDF output and 'htlatex' for the HML version of
the manual(s). As I'm not an

It is no longer possible to use the scenery without textures.
If there was some discussion as to dropping this

You might call the hash (or 'gate' or 'number sign') a 'pound sign', but I don't. As far as I know, the only reason

I heard (although I might be wrong) that the # was used by US dockside workers instead

Slat are in front of the wing,
Yes, but they can be on the trailing edge where the terms 'slat' and
'slot' can be used interchangeably. Generally in the UK they refer to
them as 'leading edge slats'. Most modern aircraft include the 'slots'
within the flap design

Wireframe mode works, it's the turning the textures on and off that no longer

As far as shading is concerned, the scenery is always flat

But, I can't imagine deploying the split tail brake of the Fokker 100
while in the air is this actually ok, or is there some definite
separation of usage?
Some jet airplanes extend the speedbrake on final approach in order to keep
the engines running at higher rpm. This gives a faster

Hello,
I made a Solaris build of FlightGrear from the sources _before_ Erik's
most recent patch set (Move FGEventMgr and FGSubsystemMgr over to
SimGear, [...]). You'll find it in:

This is an archive of the whole result

I posted the table because I was hoping the keyboard guru would identify

We really need either
1) a key for wire-frame or
2) figure out how to get PLIB to
