I'd like to transform a XML-File to PDF.
The XML-File ist build like followed:

if I have followed XML entity
Prename Surname
Telephone Number
and the associated XSL Snippet
it's in the resulted PDF like that: "Prename Surname Telephone Number".
Bud I'd like to have a wrap after "Prename Surname".
How to handle this?
Any ideas?

You need to use whitespace-collapse and linefeed-treatment XSL-FO

Some of these tables are long and span multiple pages.
I want to be able to repeat the header on the next
page. But at the same time I want to add the word
