When I use ESC + m + p and get a shrink-wrapped image in my anchored frame
the anchored frame settings are At Insertion Point and I have to manually
set it for Below current line,

Neither of those are possible with default Frame. We do have a plugin,
MarkerTools, that lets you use variables within markers ..

When I've seen this, there are Master Pages that do not contain a text flow
A. Everything's OK until you view Master Pages, then view Body Pages and
Remove Overrides.
Try renaming your main body flow back to A

Ellen, you can fix that by using this patch. It shrinks the frame
leaving your settings as is.
