TOC format that won't go away

Esteemed colleagues I am using Frame 11.0.2.384 on Windows 7. An unwanted item has invaded my TOC. It appears on the reference page as ContentsTitleTOC. I have a ContentsTitle item. I do not know how ContentsTitleTOC came to appear as the first line under the Title block in the Table of
