John... This is just grasping at straws .. but do you have extra DLLs in the \fminit\Plugins folder? All FDK DLLs in that folder (or subfolders) get loaded when FM starts. If you've got extra DLLs that are duplicates of others that could cause some problems. I can't say what the proper list
