I have a document that has very long Figure Titles, but the author only
wants part of the title in the List of Figures when it is generated. Is
there a way to do this so I don¹t have to do it manually every time I
generate the list.
For Example:

Hi, Jim
Make sure all your files are consistent in the book in page layouts, sizes,
pagination, etc. Is the printer time out set to low?

Hopefully some one can help me.
I use Mathtype 5 (windows) for all my equations in FrameMaker 7.2 (windows).
Each equation is saved as an Postscript/tiff (*eps) file and then imported
into FM. For some reason the greek lettering is converting to english
lettering. I never had this issue before.

I have a situation on FrameMaker 7.2 with Fonts (windows XP) not displaying
correctly.
The font looks ok on the screen but when I print or PDF the document some of
the titles
look like they have no space after each word. Also on the screen the line is
not wrapping

We had this problem on the Mac version and the way we fixed it is to set
your document properties in Acrobat to say show Single Page layout. This way
when you click on your crossreference field, it will show the whole figure
and title.
I hope this helps...

I have a generated file for my acronyms and abbreviations. I am using FM on
a PC.
When we used FM on a MAC we would just put in the Marker box (Glossary) and
type:

And then press edit marker
Once we are done with marking
