Ah, I see now that the underlying issue was not adequately explained to me (by Adobe last year). Thanks for this information. I don't know about using Save as PDF. I don't use it, since so many have problems with it. (I print directly to the Adobe PDF printer instance.) But FM 7.x works fine

Charles is correct ... the Cross-Reference feature will serve you much better than inserting Specified Destinations as I mentioned earlier. The great thing about X-Refs in Frame is that they are completely tied to the paragraphs style, you can control how the reference appears, and they are easy

Problem in Conversion from FrameMaker 7.1 files to HTMl help files

Hi Sulekha: Are the page numbers showing up in the actual topics, or in the HTML Help TOC? I guess that depends in how your source doc is written. But I am guessing that your headings do not have page numbers. If you are dealing with a TOC issue, I think you have to check your WebWorks
