I agree. That is one of the first things we make sure all of our prep team members know when teaching them how to process FM projects. It's no big deal when the links are all in one folder and no sub folders, but most times our client's FM projects have links in multiple sub folders. Jaime O

That's an odd approach. You should be getting whatever you send them back, so issues like this don't arise. I work for an LSP (not in a translation capacity though), and we always recommend full project round-tripping. FM, like many other tools, has many moving parts under the skin, even in the .fm

Ok, so here's a thought--can you make a copy of your whole original set of files and graphic folders (untranslated), then delete the fm files in there, and copy and paste in the translated fm files? Would they then be looking for the graphics in the right place? -Lise On Tue, Apr 24, 2012 at 3:5

At the book level, highlight all of the chapter files and press Enter (opens all files). Frame will ask to reconcile the first "missing" graphic and remember this as it opens the other chapters. At least this has worked for me with Frame 7.2, as long as all of the graphics are in the same folder

Wouldn't it be easier to move the graphics folder? In any case, all you need to do is find the first graphic and make sure "use new path for all graphics" (may not be exact wording) is selected. Peter From: framers-boun...@lists.frameusers.com [mailto:framers-boun...@lists.frameusers.com]
