FrameMaker TOC Problem - resolved

Exactly how are you printing FM books to PS? Assuming that you really want to manually produce PostScript and then distill same, the proper manner to do this is to print to the Adobe PDF PostScript Printer Driver instance but directed to file. That method uses the Distiller PPD. My best guess
