Is there a simple way of testing whether a given script was called via cron,
I'd rather find a solution that would work from within the script rather
than setting an environment variable in the crontab.

editing your /usr/local/etc/php/extensions.ini, comment out all
extensions (restart apache) and see if it stops seg faulting.

After a recent upgrade to p5-Net-Server-2.005 on various boxes, I'm
finding that munin-node is going down regularly.
(Multiple machines, looks to be affected on FreeBSD8.2 and FreeBSD8.3
REL, but not 9.0 machines)

problem with autoconf-2.68. I'm trying the others now. See if

I'm in agreement with dave here, about ssh anyway moving ssh to a non
std port makes a massive difference, do it now!

misaligned, the same happens on the demo page

Can someone please point me in the right direction regarding handling
unicode characters in filenames on freeBSD.
I have an rsync backup script running from a linux server which hosts
many files with european accented characters.
The script bombs out on encountering these files, and
