The OS will install without a problem, but when I reboot the machine, it

fedora computer: 192.168.0.2

I used setsockopt() to set a timeout for a blocking socket.
It works for 1 second timeout.
It does not seem to work for a 5000 microsecond timeout.
is there a limit to the timeout?
