fetchmail: connection to localhost:smtp [::1/25] failed: Connection
refused.
Just for the record. The problem is solved with these few lines in
the /usr/local/etc/postfix/main.cf
#
inet_interfaces = 192.168.1.6, 127.0.0.1, [::1]
smtp_bind_address = 0.0.0.0
smtp_bind_address6 = ::
