it is not a cable problem as the serial console was
working with device sio 5minutes ago :(
The problem is that with sio the second com port that not work due I/O
range conflicts and uart saved me once so I try
same solution and here.

issues is that after the first attempt to dial the modem freezes
for few seconds and I see lot of those messages:
May 2 20:04:10 laptop kernel: ubsa_cfg_request: device request failed,
err=USBD_ERR_STALLED (ignored)
but this should go to -usb probably :)

question - is there a option that I can define in src.conf
or make.conf, next time when I build/installworld
ksu to have setuid bit ? (in manual I found only knobs for disabling
kerberos)

I think you are confusing mega-cli with megamgr (which is the one that
work with amr driver)
