VmWare has AMD PCnet network card, and its BIOS allows PXE since v5.xx There was a win32 TFTP server but can't recall its name right now. When I need to provide tftp under windows I use tftpd32: http://tftpd32.jounin.net/

I run Fedora Core 6. I do have VMWare, but I don't often boot DOS in it. Most of my FreeDOS work is done under Linux DOSEmu. I think you should be able to do it in Linux DOSEmu. At least, I believe it solves most of what you are looking for: 1. I haven't needed networking under DOS, so I haven

What I search is a ready-to-go VMware Image of FreeDOS 1.0 and not an option to mount an image. Additionally in a running windows you can't clone the image with backup software like True Image or Ghost because the "drive administration" (I don't know how it is named in an english XP) doesn't detect
