good software that I use which is not available for my Macbook Pro. I
installed a gigabit PCI ethernet card, a sata drive with SeriTek 1S2 PCI
controller, an external Firewire OWC hard drive, GeForce4 Ti 4600 video
Since you are not concerned about classic mode then it should be fine. I do
not know what you expect to achieve with the upgrade if Tiger is working well
for you. Saying that, I upgraded my 933 G4 to Leopard and it is good and
stable (10.5.3) - Although I DO miss my Classic applications

13 years old and have been transferred to different G4's but the drives are
perfect. They all came with the 5 year warranty. Various Macbook and iBook
drives I have had failures. So far my Macbook Pro late 2011
I used and enjoyed Eudora for many years and would absolutly use it as
my main email client. I am not a programmer but would be willing to

I though Onyx only worked on 10.6. Is there an older version?

My G5 dual2.0 would occasionally do this:- I ran Onyx, cleared all
temp cache files (and I mean ALL) and problem went away...
